This is a guide to our fees only. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements so that we can confirm the scope of survey and fee .

PRE-PURCHASE  DAMP & TIMBER SURVEY / REPORT:

From £230.00 (Inclusive)

(Based on properties up to 3 bedrooms in size within a 60 mile radius of Bristol – please contact us for a quote for larger properties or for other areas).

The survey includes: Diagnosis of any identified problems, remedial advice including specifications and budgeting guides all detailed in a full written report.

For pre-purchase surveys, we will  be pleased to liaise with the vendor and /or agents on your behalf in order to arrange access to the property (including key collection and return).

OTHER FEES

  • Domestic damp (only) survey & report from: £195.00 inclusive

  • Domestic timber (only)  survey & report from : £195.00 inclusive

  • Domestic damp & timber survey / report from £230.00 inclusive for properties up to 3 bedrooms in size) and from £250.00 inclusive for 4 / 5 bedrooms in size) please contact us for larger properties

  • Structural waterproofing /basement conversion surveys: Please contact  us to discuss

  • Commercial clients : please contact us to discuss

If you require a different scope of survey or an advisory service – please contact us to discuss your personal requirements  so that we may  quote you a competitive survey fee.

Payment methods:

Survey fees are due at the time of survey or before the report is forwarded (unless alternative arrangements have been made).
